Appeal/Not Paid/Hearing Requested/Not Accepted
A Recorded Police Warning, a Police Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty or an Anti-Social Behaviour Fixed Penalty may not be successfully completed for several reasons:
- Appealed
- Not paid
- Hearing requested (this is the only option for an Anti-Social Behaviour Fixed Penalty)
- Not accepted
In each of these cases, this outcome will be reported to Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) and will be progressed.
