Reported to other agency e.g. Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration

A crime might be reported to another agency, rather than to Crown Office and Procurator Fiscals Service (COPFS). For example, when a young person is accused of committing a crime it might be reported to the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration (SCRA).

You can find out more about SCRA here.
